Ingredients

pineapple ham pizza
  • 1 can (13.8 oz.) refrigerated Classic Crust Pizza Crust ( Preferably Pillsbury)

  • 1 cups store bought pizza sauce

  • 1 ½  cups shredded mozzarella cheese (7 oz.)

  • 1 cup leftover cooked sliced ham or Canadian bacon

  • ½ cup drained canned pineapple slices in juice

  • 2 strips bacon cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degree F (200 degree C). 

  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto an ungreased nonstick cookie sheet and press it into a 15x10-inch rectangle.

  3. Bake the dough for about 8 minutes, or until it is lightly golden brown.

  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the baked crust.

  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

  6. Distribute the ham and pineapple slices evenly over the cheese.

  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the crust is deeply golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  9. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.

  10. Allow the pizza to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
