Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 25 minutes
Total time: 35 minutes Yields: 6 servings
Ingredients
12 count package Hawaiian Rolls or slider buns
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped, pickled jalapeños
2 teaspoon honey
4 oz. thinly sliced Swiss cheese
1 cup thinly sliced/ shredded ham
4 oz. thinly sliced cheddar cheese
½ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves finely minced or grated
1 teaspoon fresh minced parsley
Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spray an 11-inch rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare the Rolls:
Using a large knife, slice the rolls in half horizontally to create a “slab” of tops and a “slab” of bottoms. Keep the rolls connected; do not pull them apart or slice them individually.
Make the Spread:
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped pickled jalapeños, and honey.
Assemble the Sliders:
Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the bottom layer of the rolls.
Lay the ham slices evenly over the spread, followed by the Swiss cheese and then the Cheddar cheese, slightly overlapping if needed.
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
Prepare the Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake the Sliders:
Pour or brush the butter mixture onto the tops of the rolls.
Cover loosely with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
Serve:
Cool slightly, then cut the sliders apart with a sharp knife.
Serve warm and enjoy!
