½ cup finely minced onion
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning (optional)
1 teaspoon freshly chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 egg
¼ cup all-purpose flour or ½ cup breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying as needed (approximately 4-5 tablespoon)
Directions
In a bowl, combine the shredded turkey with mashed potatoes, chopped onion, granulated garlic, rosemary, Cajun seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
Shape the mixture into 1/2-inch cakes or croquettes or patties about 3 inches in diameter.
