Ingredients
Salad
3 cups mixed baby greens
2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup diced ham
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 avocado, cubed
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
Dressing
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic minced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Directions
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and black pepper.
Slowly add the extra virgin olive oil while continuing to whisk until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.
Season with salt to taste.
Assemble and Serve:
